Default 2002 Honda Accord Swap

I have a blown motor accord. I want to do a full swap with a J motor. Any information on this swap will be helpful. As in, estimated how much would it cost, which motor would fit best, wire harness, ecu etc. If there's a thread with this information, please link me

Is your Ex a 4cyl? if it is, your looking at approx. $7,500- $15,000 depending on what J series we are talking about. That is what it will cost you to have someone else convert your 20 year old Accord to a V6.

How much of the work are you planning to do yourself? That might save you some money.

The I4 chassis engine mounts will need to be swapped out to make more room in the engine bay for the V6 and transmission,

Engine
Transmission
Drive shafts
Wheel Hubs
Engine mounts
Complete engine and chassis wiring harness
ECU
V6 Accord brakes

I may have missed a few things.....

Yes it's a 4 cylinder banger 😆 tysm for the reply. I'm thinking of doing everything myself. I grew up doing Nissan 240s with my brothers, the way the motor and tranny sit is different. But I was thinking, every car have their differences as in similarly. With the estimated cost you mention, I would most likely go a different route. Maybe back to a 4cyl and turbo. I'm open to anything atm.

I would agree that a boosted, healthy, F23 would be a much easier and cheaper route for your chassis. That being said, anything is possible if you are able to do all the fabrication and labour yourself.
