I purchased a set of id2000 from a guy on Facebook. I had them serviced and flow tested. I am trying to install them on my h22, they fit in the rail and i can hear them clicking in the manifold. They fit tight and snug but the problem is there is like 3mm gap between the silver part meets the black part on the injector. I am also using the thick manifold cushion. What can i do to fill the gap?
Some early Civic and Integra applications used a thin plastic spacer and a thin injector cushion... what about using the plastic spacer and the thick injector cushion that you have now to take up the space. These may be thicker than what you need, however, you could also use a thin washer spacer between the fuel rail and the mounting points.

If i use the plastic spacer it will raise the injector and maybe i will have issues with spraying. I will try to get a washer and see how it goes.
