Default Oil in spark plug well

I am currently had my Honda Accord stopped working on me and lose the spark to the engine I went to change the spark plugs and found oil and spark plug well I removed the valve cover replace the gasket in all the rubber gaskets on the inside of it now my car still doesn't have spark after replacing the distributor cap. Does anybody know what could be the cause of my spark plugs not getting any spark maybe the wires??

Proper ground to engine - make sure all of your battery terminals and leads are clean and tight.
Ignition coil - Need to test with multi-meter.
Ignition control module - ICM (ignitor) located inside distributor - test with multi meter.
Ignition switch - test with multi-meter.
Ignition/Main Relay - Do you hear the fuel pump turn on (prime) when you turn the ignition on? There are a few good videos on how to test and repair the Honda main rely on YouTube. Along with the ICM the main relay is a very common "no start/no spark" issues.

You are going to have to test these components and see where the power is not getting through to the spark plugs. There is all kinds of information and videos how to do these tests.
