Default When to quit on a 5G?

I have a 97 Prelude base model I paid $14k for in 2002. Other than paying the dealer to do a timing belt job and me doing an oil filter base and a clutch master cylinder I haven't really done squat to it and it is still going. I just had to replace the alternator (harder than it looks) and I am wondering how much more I am willing to do with this thing. I don't have a clue on the mileage since the speedo was tricked up when I got it and the 10k wheel didn't turn for 30-40k miles. I am guessing around 200k tho. The paint is shot and the hood rusted out. There is a little other minor cosmetic stuff but it is mostly all there. I am just wondering how long I should keep this thing and how much money I should put in it?
I might get someone to pay me $1500-2k for in now because it is still running good but I know it is going to start the "$500 you to death" thing and maybe even a worse calamity.
OTOH since most of the body panels are good, I might do better parting it out.

Used car market is insane right now. You might be surprised what someone will pay for it.
