Default New Headlights

Hi all. I know what you're going to say. I got these headlights off Facebook marketplace. The guy said they were off a 97 Accord. I got them to mostly fit. They're HD lights, and I've never had them before. Lol I'll take some better pics in the daylight. I know I still have to put the grill back in. But, I have two questions. The first is this. There are two pair of wires that come out near the bottom of the housing. They were clearly cut. Can anyone tell me where they go, or what I do with them? Currently, I just have them sort of tucked behind the lights.
Additionally, after I plugged in all the connections I have and test them, the side markers work (I think). But, the main lights do not work. When I turn on the brights, bolt one light comes on. How do I check to see if the bulbs are burnt out? I've never had lights like this, before. Also, while they fit mostly, there are gaps. But those could be due to the car not exactly being pristine.

If i had to guess re the spare wires, it would be for the daytime running lights (LEDs) assuming those are not currently working.

Hmmm... yeah, I don't even know what to do about that. I don't recall having DRLs on these. So, i don't know where they'd be wired to. How do I tell if the lights aren't working, bulbs are blown, etc on these HD lights? Otherwise, I may have to just go get other housings.

See the 4 vertical LED's in the right side of the light? Those would be DRLs I think, but accord definitely didn't come with DRLs (besides in Sweden as far as i know) so maybe that is your mystery wire?

I would agree with you. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue what to do about it. I mean, I would imagine they need to be wired somehow to complete the circuit, right? If I can't figure this out, I may have to just get some OEM from Rock Auto or Amazon or something.

I assume it cant be too complicated to wire it in, assuming you want them on all the time or not.

Wire the DRLs to a ignition-dependent source, so it'll turn off when ignition is off. Alternatively, just wire those to the same harness coming to power the headlight, so the DRLs will only turn on when when lights are on. I am no great with electrical, but im sure you can just send 12v power to either of the wires to test them to make sure they at least work before you do all that.
