Default Rewired Distributer on 91 Ef Hatch b20 swap HELP..

B20 swap
with stock obd0 harness Cut and obd1 plugs added along with 2 injector wires and all for Mpfi conversion.

first crank through code 4 wouldnt rev past 3000

Ran new ckp wires
from
dizzy to ecu plug-
crunk car now throwing Cyp code 9

i reran those wires and crunk car Now car will rev 4ish but still dies out its like its hitting a govner and u loose pedal for 4 seconds till rpms hit under 1000 then pedal works again-

ive got An Ebay jumper that ive checked removed stupid spliced o2 wire and sealed good confirmed that wire location is now correct-

No error codes at all engine runs but wont hold steady throttle.

——-QUESTION——-

Do i need to run seperate ground wires and connect them to my new dizzy wires?

and ive looked at two diagrams

on dizzy 3 pairs of wires
ckp
cyp and
tdc

one shows 3 that are announced as Ground cyp
ground Ckp and ground tdc and Position cyp Ckp and input Tdc

the Other Ecu plug diagram Announces all dizzy wires as
Gound tdc input m
ground tdc input p
ground cyp position
Etc….

now im confused as to if they All Need grounding or only 3-
