I have a 98 hatchback dx with the d16y7

i keep getting the p0302 and p1399 code. I’m trying to fix it. I got a new distributor new wires n new plugs. I checked the compression and u had 150 across. Motor runs strong when I’m driving it on the freeway but when I let the car sit an idle the car will start sputtering. Any suggestions?
