Default need help ASAP, sounding metal pieces yeet in transmission!!

ok big problem!! I was working on my car, went to the passenger seat i sat there a few mins. Then I was like let me start the car in the passenger seat, I did. I thought I pressed the clutch all the way down but when I started the car I heard metal pieces yeeting everywhere. And I knew it was the clutch. I put my ear close to the transmission and I heard it. but it doesn’t stop there. I let it run instead of shutting it off and the metal pieces stopped yeeting? Not suddenly stop but it was like fading out you know? After it stopped I started shifting 12345R, I moved back and forth just a little to make sure the clutch was still working and it was. What just happened? Am I okay to still drive the car? my car is LHD.

I test drove my car, the clutch seems normal. I still have that typical 3rd gear grind before and after. I do want to include that I don’t think it was metal pieces yeeting in the transmission. I know 100% it has to be the clutch disk or plate whatever, and it was spinning or grinding to something. I also looked at the transmission for curiosity and seen some small amount of clear light yellowish liquid on the outside of the transmission, I don’t know if it was there before or after.
