Hey Everybody. This is the main plug, but this was all I was given. What am I missing? What does this clip into? Thanks everyone. You've all been a great help

 

It looks like you got one side of the power window electrical plug that attaches to the door - right above the lower door hinge. If memory serves me correct US models have a rubber grommet to feed the speaker wires through and not a plastic clip. The JDM CRX would have wiring coming into the door for power windows, power mirrors and speakers, hence the plastic clip. An early 90s USDM honda or acura model with power windows would probably have the same plug for you to find the opposing end.
