Default Rotor over Hub questions 1996 lx accord

Hey guys! So I’ve got a 1996 lx accord (non vtech, NO abs) and I’m about to do a ROH conversion as it’s super low milage and I plan on doing brakes myself in the future.
I’ve read countless guides on here and just have a few questions.

ONE, does it matter that I don’t have ABS?
TWO, I found the hubs and bearings on eBay (44600-YS8-A00) but the S and the Y are switched in the part number. Is this the right hub + bearing assembly? am I better off hunting junkyards for OEM?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/274524176695
THREE, if I get the hubs and bearings pre assembled, all I need are CL rotors and I can re-use my calipers and get new pads, right?

thank you so much in advance I’m so excited to do this.

No. Those are the wrong hubs. They are for the captive rotor setups. You are going to have a really hard time finding the correct hubs unless you get lucky at your local junkyard. I was looking for some nearly 10 years ago now and it was a fruitless endeavor then. I gave up and just learned to live with the captive setup. They're easy to get out if you thread in some longer bolts in the back and smack the bolt heads with a hammer. Done many like this and only adds about 20 minutes to the job.

Really? I’ve seen two guides now and one lists the part as YS8 and the other says SY8 and they look the same. It’s really not the right one? I can hunt junkyards if need be though. Last week I saw a few places selling entire knuckles from a 98 cl 2.3. But if this hub+bearing assembly is listed to fit the 98 Acura cl 2.3, there’s both a ROH and a captive rotor 98 cl ?

And the guide listing the part number as SY8 is here and the eBay part is also SY8. https://hondalover11279.tripod.com/BrakeRotor.html
