I just got my tires rotated on my 2012 civic and while I was sitting in the car the radio cut off. Then the screen started showing various error messages and finally the car wouldn't start. I asked the kids there what happened and they clammed up and got the manager. He asked me if I needed a jump as though I had a bad battery (I don't) and the whole thing was standard operating procedure. The car did start and the computer reset, but what did they do? Also, any chance they could have fried something? Others, including myself have rotated tires on this car and this is a first. Thanks in advance.
