Default Problem handbrake mechanism

Hey guys
I have a strange problem on my 96 Accord Coupé..
So the parking brake doesnt work on the rear right caliper..
Already changed the brake lines cause i thought they caused the problem but they didnt.. 100% NOT the brake lines
The cause is the handbrake mechanism..
I replaced 2 new calipers and the exact same problem appears..
When installing the new caliper the handbrake mechanism of the caliper blocks...
How can this happen? It's already the 2nd caliper...
I also did a video...

i would highly appreciate your help guys since this is urgent and i couldnt find anything in the past week about someone having that problem ever....

(when simulating the handbrake by pulling on the lever, it doesnt go back automatically and we checked the spring also its not the spring... you actually have to push it back with a wrench...)
i couldnt upload the video here cause the format isnt supported for some reason (MP4)
