In the picture below, you can see the pink area i highlighted..
I replaced those climate control light bulbs with some LED T4.2 light bulbs... They seem to work just fine.
However...

The area that is not lighting up is still the same way... before i replaced them with the new bulbs they were still turned off.
So replacing those light bulbs had zero effect.
I made sure they were nicely tighten in there.. they seem to have been installed correctly.

Is there a fuse or something that could have been popped?
Or is it possible that the new light bulbs are also burned out.. i find it hard to believe that i replaced those light bulbs and they still are not working.

These are the 5 light bulbs i changed:

 

i was able to fix my issue simply by replacing the light bulbs with others in the package.
Must've been defective bulbs after all or something was loose.. but its working now
