Default CIVIC 1990 DX ENGINE STUD BOLT PROBLEM!!!!!!

My old engine is leaking oil since i brought the car.
I know exactly what is the problem::::::ne valve cover stud bolt is broken,,,,,(bottom lower left) and then i just put silicone glue over it.
Personally i think because of that particular stud mount valve cover bolt missing THE OIL PASSAGE BETWEEN CYLINDER 1 AND 2 FLOADED AND DOING VERY BAD MISSFIRE EVEN BACK FIRE!!!!!
My question is how and if someone have the part # for remplacing this part or solving this issue.
Tanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DIVE SAFELY HONDA OF AMERICA

The valve cover is just a valve cover and would have no impact on oil passages. It would most likely leak though. To correct you would likely have to drill out the broken stud and replace it with a new one. You can find replacement studs just by searching online. GL
