HELP, anyone know what front lip this is, i have never seen one on an ef.

Icon5 HELP, anyone know what front lip this is, i have never seen one on an ef.
Is it a ek type r front bumper? Anyone got any ideas, im guessing its expensive and rare, since everything is but i want one.
