Default P0118 and P1298 what to check next?

I’ve got these two codes right now, have checked for proper ground connection in several places, and can’t find anything wrong. P0118 wants me to replace the ECT sensor, P1298 says problem with the ELD. I’m guessing that one or the other is causing both codes, so asking here which is more likely, and thus which I should try first.
one more bit of background: I had these same two codes a couple of months ago, but discovered that I had a hairline crack in my radiator, so the coolant was low, and I figured that was causing the sensor to send weird info. Replaced the rad, burped the system, and didn’t see the code come back until yesterday. That’s been about 2-3 weeks ago, and hundreds of miles ago.
2002 Civic LX sedan.
