Default Bought 2001 accord with no cat misfires

So I have a 2001 Honda Accord V6 and it is missing the cat someone just welded a pipe in because it was stolen so the O2 sensors are gone it runs kinda bad and has misfire code on all cylinders I'm wondering if there is a way for me to bypass the O2 sensors without buying a new catylitic converter. From what I understand there are two O2 sensors near the cat. I don't have to pass a emissions test where I live I just want the engine to run right thanks!

I think the upstream O2 sensor is in the exhaust manifold. Someone correct me if I am wrong. If it's present it should still run properly and misfires are caused by another failure. But you should get a check engine light for the downstream sensor if it is not installed.
