Problem started last year I started my car and put my car in first gear and it wouldn’t accelerate in any gear then I took it to the Honda and they told me to change the pedal sensor and do an Idle re learned, that fixed it for 2 more months then problem occurred again put this time on idle it will rev by itself and when driven it would only go up to 4k rpm’s until I needed to change gear so Honda and a trusted mechanic told me to change the throttle body sensor and throttle body. and do an idle relearned and clear the codes that worked on for another few months but now the problem is back with the same problems as before and I don’t know what it could be. Only thing different is that the idle instead of being high is low below 1k rpm’s.
