Default 2000 Accord 3.0 vtec P1399, P0300, 01,02,03,04,05,06

Hi guys My 2000 Accord V6 Vtec (220K miles with timing belt replaced at 180K) starts up fine in the morning it takes me work fine, also after work it starts fine and takes me home, the problem is when I go to a store between my work to the house, and spend 10 minutes in the store and when I want to start it it jerks and shuts down and if I try to start up again if I don't give gas enough it wont start up and engine light flashes few times then stays lit, so trying again and giving gas up to 2-3K RPM it stays on and eventually kinda ok and takes me home. It's been doing it the past couple months. Today I put an obd scanner and these codes came up, P1399, P0300, 01,02,03,04,05,06 and after reading your forums I disconnected each coil at a time and it made difference in the RPM in each one.
So in my theory something is getting bad when hot and works fine when cold, but why it doesn't stall while driving or at a stop light, only when shut off and try to start again after driving.
I also noticed one of the coils looks different shape than the rest (and made me suspect) but when I disconnect that one it made difference in RPM.

Have you had similar symptoms what could be the cause? Thank you in advance.
