2001 honda accord ulev vtec 2.4

Hi im looking for guidance and suggestions on what I can do to my all stock honda to help boost mpg and the horsepower

Believe that is a 2.3L.

Generally, you can EITHER get better MPG
OR
More HP.

Not usually both.

Being that you have a ULEV... go for MPG.

Low Rolling Resistance (LRR) tires are one thing I experienced/measured an actual average increase in mpg. It was on average about 2 mpg more during a mix of highway and street driving on some Michelins.
