Default Questions about k24a2 TSX motor in an 07 Accord

Hi everyone,
I recently got a screaming deal on my 07 accord. 4cyl, 5spd manual for $1700 (with minimal rust, which is a big deal around here at that price).
A friend of mine mentioned I should see if I can get my hands on the k24a2 out of a TSX. He said he heard it was as simple as pulling the accord's A8, put in the A2 and plugging the TSX ecu in place of the Accord's original ECU with no re-wiring needed.
I did some searching on this forum but couldn't find anything. Is it really that simple? I know a guy who runs a junkyard and I could ask him to keep an eye out for TSX's with motors.

Unfortunately, in this case, this is not how it works. The throttle body is a DBW in the TSX... it is cable driven (and then converted into DBW in the engine bay) in the Accord. The ECU location is totally different and has completely different plug styles. Lastly, the CAN Bus system is different, so even if you could "plug in" a TSX ECU into your Accord, you would get all kinds of chassis related errors. You actually use your ECU and turn it into a tunable ECU and then have the car tuned by a competent tuner.

So if I'm understanding correctly, the TSX motor will bolt in and plug in, but the ECU will have to be the Accord's with something like the KTuner in-ECU system? Or would there need to be more re-wiring done like for the throttle body?

The Accord's cable+DBW system seems weird to me... It really threw me off when i went under the dash to adjust the clutch and saw a cable running through the firewall!
