Hi, I have 2013 accord that idles just around 1250rpm during the winter and takes a very long time until the engine warms up (at least the guage takes 20+ minutes). I might be spoiled by my 2005 accord that starts on higher rpm (~2000) during the winter and dips down around a 1000 few mins after warmup. Any reason this could be happening to my 2013 accord?

a check engine light comes on time to time when the engine cranks, make a weird noise (like it already started and but operator is still turning the key). That lights stays for its typical 30 some miles and goes away (think its supposed to be 50 miles typically). Not sure if they are related. I also hear squeaky noise from what I assume the serpentine belt at startup but it goes away after warmup.
