Hi I have a B18C 95 Honda Civic Coupe. I am looking to install EM1 OEM exhaust from the cat back. My header is 2.5" aftermarket header. Would the size of the header exit matter to bolt the rest up (I think the EM1 exhaust pipes is 2")? Does the piping size have to be the same all the way through including test pipe? Or would I not be able to use the header I have? Please someone enlightened me. Thank you in advance..

 

what header do you have? you’re gonna run a test pipe instead of a cat? any pictures? have you tried to but the test pipe you speak of up to the header?

 

All 92-00 coupe sedan plug n play
all b series stock exhaust is 2.25

you can possibly use the cat. May needa drill/enlarge holes unconfirmed

get a 2.25 testpipe if this routeebsy $30-50
the 2.5” will fit on it easily

 

I have PLM header. I measured the exit is 2.5". I haven't figured the rest. I would like to run a test pipe but would it have to reduce from 2.5" to 2.25" there to be able to run the OEM EM1 exhaust? Thank you for helping me out.
