if its from 99-00 Si, won't be 4040. the 4040 was on the early model integras ( 90-93), and a 4g civic if it had rear disk. If you want one from a 99-00Si, get one from an Si, but it won't work in anything but a 6g civic. If you want one that will bolt to a 92-95 civic, get a 3040, it came from the 92-95 Si.

 

if its from a 90-93 Integra...I have one FOR SALE. Its off a 92 DA GS.

 

oh... I guess I want the one from a '99-00 Civic Si only...

Just for the record a 4040 is from a DA with Non-ABS.
