Any summer tire should work just fine while you build up a skill set.
Around here the roundy poundy asphalt cars are limited to a 300 tread wear 60 series all season and they get along just fine.

Tires are a balance and need to match your suspension setup. Your suspension setup should start off simple and progressively get upgraded as your skill progresses... I recommend start in the 300-450 TW tires... something cheap and easily replaced (not that you will wear them out... but if you do because of a misalignment, its cheap to deal with).
I would start with a 205/50/15... they are cheaper, easier to find, and you dont have to worry about fitment issues right off the bat. Cruising tire rack...
Kumho ECSTA PS31s... cheap (sub $100)... they will do what you want to get started.
If you "must" go to a 200TW tire... post your suspension setup and we can provide you some insight on how to change it to make it work. they will wear FAST and i recommend rotating them at least after every track event. When you are learning to drive a road race car, you will over drive the car and it will murder the tires. I've seen calm guys go half a season an 200TW and i've seen new aggressive guys burn a set down in 2-3 events.
For me life begins at TW200 and improves as the number decreases. However, others are giving good advice if changing tires after 2 or 3 events is not in your budget. For tires that don't totally break the bank, I have had good experiences with Falken Azenis RT615's - they tend to last a number of heat cycles without massive drop in grip, and even if you get ambitious and overdrive the car/overheat the tires they don't chunk like some lesser tires. You would want to wear them out before winter though.
People are now differentiating between 'Super' 200 and 'enduro' 200. I believe the cheaper enduro 200's are the RS4's or the falkens. I've also heard good things about the dunlop direzza's lasting a long time, but they're way down on pace vs the rs4 and the like. An acceptable trade off for a ton more wear resistance. Should be able to get 10 ish track weekends out of a set plus some daily miles.
I run advan AO52 on my S13 coupe (I know it’s not a Honda) I love them. 200TW they warm up quick and honestly feel like a R compound tire.
I also run Hoosier A7 on the same care on the same wheels you run.
