Default Brakes

I have a 2000 Civic and just replaced rear trailing arms to a DC (for the rear disc conversion). With those trailing arms I replaced the bushing to a Ktuned one, tow adjustments and camber adjustments. The nut plate was broke so I used a nut and bolt set up for the toe adjustment. While everything is super tight, I get a clunk sound on some hard turning and some bumps, it's not frequent. I continue to check everything to see if anything is loose.

Now I've brand new front brakes and rear brakes(calipers, pads, rotors, and lines to the master cylinder) and also replaced the master cylinder to a 1" non abs one. Now when I apply the brakes the pedal is stiff and gives resistance, if u smash the pedal the brakes will not lock up. Can anyone give me some guidance as to what I missed? The master cylinder is receiving vacuum.

Try bleeding the brakes from farthest one from MC to the closest. Might have air in the brake lines still..

I'll vacuum bleed it again to see if there is any air in it.

For the "clunk" sound check to make sure the mounting nuts, at the top of your struts, are tight. When I did my rear disk conversion I had my rear struts out and forgot to fully tighten the nuts; it made a "clunk" sound like you're describing. Having blown out bushings, where the shock rods connect to the top of the strut, can cause this sound as well.

For the brakes it sounds like maybe an issue with the brake booster. Did you adjust the booster's push rod when you installed the new master cylinder?
