Icon7 I'm William, I've got an 87 Accord.

I bought the car for pretty cheap, it was only $600. It came with a catch though, and that was that the clutch was broke. Besides that everything else was amazing. The interior was practically immaculate, very minimal rust, and even the pop up headlights still worked. With the $600 price it also came with a brand new clutch kit, so I decided to kinda take a chance to see what I could do. I'm kinda new on driving a car let alone managing and fixing one. I enjoy learning though and I have always loved how some cars look. I have a lot of question and a lot of things to figure out but I'll eventually get there.

Anyways, over a very long period of time I somehow managed to pull down the transmission and put in a new clutch, as well as put everything back together. And it somehow actually worked lol, right after finishing I was able to have a lot of fun driving it around. It was great, got some "sweet" picture too. There was definitely a lot of struggles and way too many rusted bolts but I somehow did it.

I have some pretty big plans for the car, maybe even an engine swap later on. (not so fond of the carburetor) But I hope to learn a lot and have a lot of fun adding things and driving it around.

(Present: It was driving for about three months and then all the sudden it doesn't want to start. It will crank but not actually start. I did the usual tests and figured out that there was a problem with the fuel pump, but not the fuel pump itself. The fuel pump was not getting enough power, and so it would not create enough pressure and be able to hold that pressure. There is some resistance somewhere between the battery and the fuel pump connecter in the back. So if anybody has any tips on finding that resistance and fixing it, then that would be great.)

Edit: Also is there a thread for my car, I don't see one.
