Poor mileage Accord EX Sedan 5-speed
I am 69 years old and currently retired. I have a 5-speed Accord EX sedan with 110,000 miles.
The car has been running well with occasional maintenance.
Recently I've noticed my mileage has been 15 or less mpg. I was advised that I needed:
1) the fuel injectors cleaned
2) spark plugs ,and
3) air filter replaced.
Got the injectors cleaned at Walmart with an oil change (they charged $20 - I asked questions and trusted they knew what they were doing...I could have paid more to a real mechanic).
I had the spark plugs and air filter replaced by a mechanic.
I just checked my mileage again and it hasn't improved.
Do anyone have ideas as to what could be causing the poor mileage still?
