Per the title, I am curious about hatch/trunk lid fitment for the EP3 Si.

I realize the materials and quantity or quality of are likely different owing to differing safety regulations, at least.

Are there any issues swapping a JDM or EDM hatch lid onto a North American market EP3 hatch chassis?

I'm loath to alter an OEM Type R hatch spoiler if it's possible to just swap to a hatch lid for proper fitment.
