Default 2001 honda civic lx crank no start

Whenever the temp. falls below freezing the car will crank but won't start. I have checked the 2 fi relays behind the globe box and even replaced them, still doesn't start. When key is turned on I can hear the fuel pump. Now I am charging the battery back up as it has drained from trying to start multiple times. Any help is greatly appreciated.

For starters, you could try gas-line antifreeze and keep the tank at least half full to avoid condensation issues in the tank. How old is your battery?

Update: it started last night after putting gas line antifreeze in and temp. Got to 30 degrees. We will see if it starts this morning. Thank you.
