Default New headlights - any way to avoid removing bumper cover?

Hey, folks.

I want to get new headlights due to the 19 year old haze and funk on my 02 civic EX. They're pretty cheap from Rockauto and I'm planning on the TYC brand. But I really don't want to take the bumper cover off. I can reach one retaining bolt under the fender liner, but one goes into the assembly from the bottom. Can I reach that without having to pull the bumper cover?

Thanks, peeps.

Bumper has to come off. The bumper is clipped to the bottom edge of the headlights.

No way around it.

I'm not looking forward to removing a ton of old plastic clips. The diagram showed like 30. I feel like half or more are going to break. Any tips on that?

Gearwrench 41850 pliers set is pretty legit for removal of those clips.

The push pin body clips can be found in 50 packs for not crazy money.

Ah, yeah. I have a pair of those. I didn't find them that great. Sometimes they were awesome, but a screwdriver/knife seemed to break fewer of the tops. They work great for the ribber kind, but poorly on the expanding type in my experience.
Do you know what size the body clips are?

100% absolutely.... Nope, it's as plain as it gets but it's not that bad really. I've switched mine a few times now & it's pretty straightforward & easy 15-20min 10mm socket, few retainer clips. It's easy enough to do by yourself vs paying double or triple for install.

Each wheel my guy. Careful as the spacer between body and fender easily damaged. Should be 2 screws each side holding bumper up. After that it's literally unplug & plug in screw down and replace pieces. I'll upload my car so you can see it's really simple. You got this broheim.
