Cleaned the intake replaced all gaskets
All the hoses are hooked up
replaced icv and fitv is still pretty new(under 3k miles on it)
we're do I go from here

 

Have you tried bleeding your coolant?

 

Yea it should be bled I ran it with the cap off for like 20 minutes

 

There is a bleed screw on the thermostat housing that you open with a 12mm (i think been a min since ive done it) wrench. Might be worth a shot just to see if there is any more air in there. I ran mine with the cap off and still got more air out through the bleed screw.
