Default 1991 Honda Civic Si, !.6 Hatchback Motor Mount Recommendation

Need to replace all of the motor mounts to my 1991 Honda Civic Si Hatchback (1.6L).

Which manufacture makes the best motor mounts for my Hatchback? Which motor mount is most comparable to the Genuine Honda motor mounts (engine mounts)?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Happy New Year!

You could save a lot of money by just buying a tube of polyurethane and filling your old ones, having removed them first and then repairing. It will actually hold up fine and last a long time. Done it before on my old beater hb over a decade ago still holding like new surprisingly. Use a little to repair rubber cracking and keep the stock feel or fill them solid to have a bit of race mount feel.

Tempted to go this route if I don't find good and solid replacement mounts. Since I removed the engine head and the intake manifold (PGM-FI), I have easy access to the rear engine mount at the firewall.

Some have recommended engine mounts by "Hasport".

Once gain, any advise is greatly appreciated

IMO, Hasport makes the best aftermarket mounts. I do think their softest compound (62A) is still a little stiffer than OEM, though tolerable in a daily driver. If you are looking for OEM feel (vibrations, etc), I would just buy new OEM equivalent mounts from Rock Auto. If you are looking for a slight upgrade - Hasport 62A mounts.

Hasport mounts are an upgrade for sure. I use them in all of my swaps. If you're stock they're overkill price-wise and performance-wise. You can get a full set of OEM replacement mounts on eBay for $100, maybe even less.

actually if you price out OEM Honda mounts they are sometimes more expensive than Hasport mounts
OEM "style" mounts from Ebay or the parts store will last a couple years at best. OEM Honda mounts will last another 20 years
