I am guessing overfueling, air to fuel ratio is wrong. Overfueling will wash down the cylinder walls into the oil pan and also will foul the plugs. Pull one of the plugs and see if they are blackening. When it runs it probably smokes at first. Here is process and elimination: Check compression, check fuel pressure, check plugs, check fuel pressure sensor, check fuel injectors, check fuel pressure regulator, check intake manifold. The other thing to note if you try to start the car for too long it will start accumulating unused fuel, once it reaches 2.5% fuel in oil change the oil so you have proper lubrication. If you are in a cold climate, use a space heater and get the interior of the car nice and hot 75-80F and see if the car starts first thing in the morning when the interior is cozy, if so this indicates most likely a electrical problem to the ECU or a problem with the ECU itself. If someone else knows the CRX better they might know a common issue. Keep us updated and let us know what the fix is.

It was exactly as you said, engine was over fueled, it manage to start after I changed the oil, at first it was giving O2 code but it seemed to regain the fuel air ratio, but the oil was a still murky, will the fuel disappear from the oil as I turn use the car o do I have to do something else?

If the oil is still murky, change it (and the filter) again. Run it for a heat cycle, shut it down, then check the oil again. If it's still murky, change again. Sometimes it takes 2-3 oil changes to get all the contamination out.
