1999 Acura Integra
Car starts right up first thing in the morning and runs fine. When I turn it off and try to start it up again it won't start. It tries but won't start again. Spark Plugs are good. Good battery, good connection. Fuses all good. no over heating.
Won't even start using starting fluid but if I leave it over night in morning starts right up.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreicated.

Sometimes when the ICM or Ignition coil go bad from heat soak it prevents you from starting. These both are located inside the distributor. Have them tested .

He tested both and they are both good. Any more suggestions. I don't understand why leaving it sit over night lets it start right up. Even if I just drive it around the block and turn the key off it won't start, so nothing has a chance to overheat. This is the craziest thing I've ever had occur with a vehicle

 

Look into the ignition switch, the spot the key goes into. Its possible it could be that.

 

I was reading an article and it suggested checking the starter solenoid but I can't find a starter solenoid in my manual.

 

engine temp sensor for the ecu can cause a hot no start issue when bad.
also could be an ignition coil biting the dust (the number one no start issue).

 

take a look at the starter.
