The driver's side seat on my Gen 5 1997 Honda Prelude broke a few days ago. What's the best place to buy a replacement seat? The car is stock, so I am not looking for those fancy red race car seats, I would prefer to just get either original Honda seats, or something close enough to it.

I've looked on E-Bay and some people are selling seats for my model car, but from the pictures provided they look in terrible condition, plus the driver's side seat breaking on a 25 year old car seems somewhat common on these cars, so buying a used seat from E-Bay makes me concerned as it's likely the seat I would buy might have the same problem occur.

Any thoughts as to what my best option would be? I would just like to buy some decent black seats for this car.

There are some options for aftermarket seats that keep a "stock style" appearance. Corbeau have some that are more subtle. You will likely need to get the left side bolster re built or re-stuffed on a used seat anyway.
