I was in the diagnostic menu trying to clear cache because i was having issues and accidentally hit the wrong button. Does anyone know what usb port i can use for snapshot. And were to even get a snapshot?

I hit the clear snapshot and normal boot button accidentally.

I saw in a previous screen you can snapshot to usb device. Is anyone willing to send me a snapshot to use?


I have tried many of the normal things to reset the unit. Pulling fuse, unplugging battery overnight, holding power button for 5 10 even 30 seconds, and even doing the shift nuetral on off reboot thing. No luck so far. Honda wants $3500 to replace the unit.

 

Were you able to fix this? I just made the same mistake.
