Default anyone know what the name of this flange would be?

cant find the dimensions on any diagrams

heres a bad diagram i made of the flange

Where did you find these dimensions? Those don't seem to match anything common. Is this what you measured on a turbo?

Post a pic of the actual flange showing the mount holes center to center measurement with whatever you are using to measure it. Garrett T4 is 82.55mm x 69.5mm and T6 is 112.78mm x 69.85mm. Holset T5 flange is 88.9mm x 70mm. Greddy dual inlet TD07S, T78, T88 is 82.5mm x 70mm.

dual port (dual scroll is often misused too) exhaust inlet flange is what it is called.

Most likely a Borg Warner T6 flange. Are there any other markings on the housing other than the internal AR 1.34?
