I’m not sure when, but Honda went to an all electronic format a few years ago, so any hard copy books are going to be on eBay. The link tech8 listed is the official site which is subscription based. There are few aftermarket sites such as mitchell1, alldata, and identifix that you can look at also, some of them have a more affordable “DIY” option or a trial period. CDs that you find on eBay I am guessing are bootleg copies off of one of those three aftermarket sites.
