Had this hood gap for a while now and I’m trying to figure out how to fix it 2002 ep3

Can you screw in clockwise the 2 round rubber bumpers on either corner of the hood?

Looks like the hood latch is adjusted too high. Remove the latch and see if the hood sits correctly.

those look like aftermarket headlights. I wonder if they’re obstructing the hood in some way and might need modified
