Are there any site can order manual transmission shifter cable for 1990 Honda Accord LX or are there any other models this part would be interchangeable with?

The cables have been discontinued new for quite some time I believe. You can usually find good used cables on eBay. Alternatively the aftermarket has options to adapt K series cables to fit, if you want something brand new.
