Alternater not charging on 2001 honda civic LX
Hi my Alternater. is not charging on 2001 honda civic LX
My computer says its charging at 11.45 volts. I thought the alternater was bad so i took it out to replace it. I had my old one tested at auto zone the said it was still good. But me not trusting them i bought a new one anyway and it did the same thing as my old one charging at 11.45. I took the new one back and put my old one back in. I have changed the ELD sensor and checked all my fuses. I am not sure what it could be. Could someone help me with this?

Check/Re-check under-dash Fuse No. 4 (10A). That fuse and the Blk/Yel (IG) wire supplies the ignition input that turns on the alternator/regulator assembly.
If that fuse is good, then measure the voltage of the Blk/Yel wire at the connector to the alternator. There should be battery power (around 12 volts) at the Blk/Yel with the ignition switch in the ON position (car doesn't need to be running).

However i am only showing 0.01 volts with my multimeter at the blk/yellow wire at alternater connecter. Where do i go from here and thanks for responding
