My Dad currently has a 2005 Honda CRV 4WD - England built..

The transmission is on its way out and I have been tasked with making sure this gets fixed, as it’s his only vehicle.

I am having a hard time locating a good used transmission due to the “England built” factor..

Will a Japan built trans work in this vehicle, will a JDM trans work in this vehicle?

I haven’t worked on cars in years and I don’t know much about the CRV’s… any help is appreciated
