96 power mirrors/lock switch problem

96 power mirrors/lock switch problem
96 sedan LX, power mirrors and locks.
swapped out the mirror switch and still doesn’t work. Was looking for a fuse but nothing specific to the mirrors.
as for the main power lock control switch, none of the doors fully unlock/lock. It’s like the actuators on each door aren’t fully engaged when the switch is flipped either way.
help?
