No fuel pressure
Im dealing with a teggy with some wiring issues.
it had a viper alarm and remote start system which i have taken out. All the wire sheathes were slightly opened and the viper wires were simply wrapped around them and secured with electrical tape, easy to take out. I have taken every plug out of the under dash fuse box and tried to trace as many wires as i can to make sure they lead to where theyre supposed to.
A few things i know about it:
I opened the fuel line before and after the engine bay filter and it has zero pressure.
no fuel pump prime noise
it cranks (i have to jump the starter signal wire to battery positive) but key doesnt crank it for some reason
it has spark
it has gas in the tank
I used a stethescope to confirm injector pulse while cranking
The main relay clicks (i tested all wires coming out of it with a multimeter, all of them give 12 volts except the fuel pump control (blue) gives me only 7 volts while cranking.
I have checked all fuses
could it be the relay? this car has been subjected to a lot of outdoor weather changes, I also pulled the relay and didnt really find anything burnt or any obvious solder cracks, just a lot of the brown flux you usually see.
Im lost at this point. please help!

It started up with starter fluid. So then I checked the fuel pump plug underneath the seat and it gave 12 volts when i turned the key.
Replacing the fuel pump which was messed up from separated water in the tank sitting for years fixed the issue.
