I'd like to quickly start by saying I have viewed many no spark threads. And nothing matched up quite right.

I have a usdm 96 accord with a 94 OBD1 h22a jdm block p28 chipped at my local shop. (The fella who runs the shop did the swap and he can't diagnose the issue if the car is running which it always runs when I take it by him and I understand he can take a half hour to a hour to just drive it and wait for it to die.also it doesn't stay dead either so it's hard to probe for a problem when the car starts back up in a few minutes or so. )

Car worked fine for a couple years. Is now stalling intermittently sometimes I'll make it 5 minutes sometimes I'll make it an hour before it simply cuts out and dies no sputter nothing. No CEL just the red battery and oil light come on. I can usually get it started in 10seconds to 10 minutes it's all random. I confirmed the car is getting fuel via a gauge on the fuel rail 35-40lbs or so. I confirmed I have no spark when it does die. I have changed out the dizzy for a new one that didn't help. The car will occasionally idle way low at guessing 250ish rpm but not always. In the past I have cleaned my iac. And replaced the spark plugs. I suspect my car runs a little Rich due to black soot on back of my car (no cat) but from what I can see my timing is correct.

The low idle usually happens when at a stop not always when off throttle usually have to wait to be stoped for it to be that low idle and brake on or off doesn't effect that low idle. The low idle is less of a problem than the stalling .

I suspect the ECU could be failing . I'm not sure what other parts would be causing a lack of spark. Any help would be greatly appreciated
