Has anyone successfully added arm rests to both the driver and passenger seat of a manual trans 2002 CR-V? Back in 2007, I added an OEM Honda arm rest to the passenger seat of my manual trans 2000 CR-V and an aftermarket arm rest to the driver's seat, but the aftermarket company doesn't list one for a 2002 on their website. I loved that modification from the second I added it and would really like to do it again but on my manual trans 2002. I understand that Honda didn't offer it in the manual trans due to legalities with the manual shifter location, but I never had any trouble shifting as a result. A friend has a 2005 CR-V with an automatic trans but it has a padded arm rest built into the center console so maybe Honda didn't offer a driver's side arm rest even with an automatic trans. Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions.

My 05 has arm rests on both seats. No center console arm rest, that was an optional box.

 

Caoboy, thanks for your reply. Is it safe to assume that they were also available in 02?

 

I want to say yes, but I’m sure a google image search of interiors would be more helpful.
