Ecu igntion power supply wire (yllw/black) touched ground.
Hi so I was stripping the wires leading to the ecu and i accidentally touched the yellow/black wire for the ignition(1) power supply to ground and now the car wont start. I noticed the main relay was not clicking so i got a new relay and it still doesnt click. The car still cranks and was running perfectly fine just before so i have a feeling something between the ecu and main relay got shorted out and Im pretty sure i checked all the possible fuses that could cause no start. I did some researching on haynes handbook and found there's these things called "junction connectors" thats between the ecu and main relay so could that be what burned out?? The car is a 2000 honda civic dx D16y7.
Sorry people, I was able to fix it not long after, it turned out to be the FI E/M fuse under the hood. I almost parted the car out because of it.
