Default Sedan steering problem

My sedan is being a brat. It has a ps rack rn but no pump or lines going to it. I pulled the system out because it was leaking. I’m not sure if what’s happening is bc I pulled that stuff out. Here’s a link to what’s happening https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9XzEPO...ature=youtu.be please take a look and tell me your opinions or drop a link to any old thread related to what you see in the video. Anyone aware of what wheel setback. I tried to have the left wheel setback more to see if it would pull to the left or go straight but that didn’t help. So I undid that and put both wheels to have the same amount of caster. Putting the caster back to even for both wheels helped very little.
