Default Happy to be here

Been an onlooker for years, finally made my account today.

Thinking I'm going to buy the Honda I've been looking for this weekend and hopefully you guys can help me with the process and all the guides posted here.

I am interested in a couple things in the marketplace but can't message or reply until I fit the criteria haha.

Maybe I can get some feedback real quick -

1999 Civic Dx white coupe automaticThe interior has been screwed and vandalized so going to have to replace that.
Car's maintenance is good that's plus along with the miles which is around 92k. I do have to pay for the tags though.

$3000, is that a little high or not bad?

Also people like to steal Hondas, what's the best deterrent or ways you guys can think of avoiding that? I was thinking kill switch or maybe a quick release steering wheel. I would like any tips from anybody to help avoid buying and then losing this car haha 😅

Happy to be part of the Honda family again.

Install a toggle kill switch behind center dash on floor to right if your gas pedal. It's discreet and nobody but you will know it's there. When you leave car toggle the kill switch on so it won't start no matter what they do.

Thanks for the tip. I've been reading up on the guides and hope this will be a success.
